I have don't think it's eating habits as such.
For about half a year I've been watching what I've been eating more, getting in more veggies and salads, avoiding bread and carbs, and so far I have been eating healthier overall, but not losing any weight.
Even when I went to the gym twice a week for two months I only lost a stone, then immediately put it back on when I wet back to uni.
(I only ate a few egg rolls or a meal deal on campus when I was doing my final year. Didn't even get any takeaways.)
I guess I need to be more active. Hard to do when you spend most of your wageslav week behind a till doing long shifts.
I guess I need to stop slacking on my days off and get more organised.

Maybe you could try making little changes to your lifestyle? Could be as simple as using the stairs as opposed to the escalator or walking to shops that are further away instead of the nearby ones. Little things like that could make a big difference, I imagine~
