getting kicked out depends on the level of escalation of such advances, I'm not going to suddenly grab her next time we're alone, I'm just going to try finding the right moments and places in the house to make some physical signals of affection (some brief touching limited to arms, hands and shoulders, general closeness, a compliment very now and then, etc)
If I do it progressively enough, there will be some point at which she'll become aware of what's happening and she'll turn me down or ask me to stop (which I'll do at once, of course), but it will be a point at which my actions won't have been as grave as to force her to complain to the landlord, and that will be the end of it.

I've tried that in the past several times.
