Here's the order of what you need to learn (expanding where your interest lies):

I'm currently at step 3.
Learn translations to and from logic. Then do proofs (natural deduction and zero premise). Natural deduction is much easier.
An intro book (prop. logic and pred. logic only) that I really liked was Logic and Philosophy: A Modern Introduction by Hausman, Kahane, and Tidman.
