Is there any disorder in which you mentally zone out from everything, barely registering anything, not thinking, cognition barely occurs, although you're completely aware of all this going on?

Depersonalization? ADHD? Psychosis?

yes, it's called being retarded
>>
Sounds like psychosis
>>
there are no drugs to cure it, so there's no disorder according to the psychiatric method of things.

Petite mal seizures, f a m.

I've had them for years, I space out for a quick second and it goes back to normal. Go see a doctor

sounds like you're dissociating desu
generally more of a symptom than a diagnosis
>>
This state is sought after. Folks meditate to achieve it, mate.
>>
Yeah I have had it since I was a youngster. I want to know why it happens. Its really fucking weird and I try to fight it but it's exhausting to do so.
>>
that's too vague to diagnose anything. see a psychiatrist if it's really bothering you in your daily life. could be dissociation, but usually that's accompanied by bad feelings and feeling like nothing's real.
>>
Derealization?
>>
Sounds like a symptom and not a disorder.

Definitely not ADHD. Not psychosis. Not depersonalization.

Just sounds like withdrawal from the world. A symptom

Real answer to this is Catatonia

Seen in schizophrenia and in rare cases severe depression.
