Yeah I have had it since I was a youngster. I want to know why it happens. Its really fucking weird and I try to fight it but it's exhausting to do so.
that's too vague to diagnose anything. see a psychiatrist if it's really bothering you in your daily life. could be dissociation, but usually that's accompanied by bad feelings and feeling like nothing's real.
