What if we had one city and made everything legal there?
Like, walled it off and everything. You need to be checked before you can leave at a gate, where they'd check you for drugs/weapons etc
But literally anyone can come in.
What would life inside the city be like? What would that life be like?

Murders everywhere.
People inviting other people they hate inside this zone and kill them immediatly when they have the opportunity.
Only crasy and illegal things would happen

My idea was, this place would become a headquarters for some really nasty international crime syndicate. At first it would be several other syndicates, but they'd war out amongst each other until one remains.
They would hire mercenaries to keep the city protected so that small crime committed is impossible and they maintain power over the city.
So this city becomes a pretty cool safe, place where you can just do drugs. The syndicate would buy a resort there and shit where you can just hire loli prostitutes and do cocaine.

Crime would just take over quickly.
You'd have like, organized crime mafia types who control part of the city and can uphold some kind of stability, though people living there are basically serfs and have to pay them their wages and rents and protection money, etc...
Outside of that would just be raiders, looters, killers, and gangs, pure anarchy.
Hippies, junkies and other degenerates would still flock to the city to be able to do whatever they wanted, but would have to live in the organized crime part and live meager lives, in order to be able to do whatever they want.
The zone would quickly become extinct.
