Use small talk or visual cues to find something they're interested, let them gush about it, and branch off from there into something you can relate to and discuss that. Eye contact. Look and sound interested in what they say. Don't be a brick wall, offer counter-discussion.

Not OP, but I feel like you don't understand the question. If he's like me, well I don't ask "How do you hold a conversation" and mean "What is generally polite during conversation"? If a girl 'gives me her digits,' as it were, I will probably do nothing because I have no idea how to open a conversation with a stranger. I don't know what subjects to bring up, etc.
What I need is not "just bee yourself," but a serious transcript line-by-line of a successful fucking retard picking up women -- by which I mean, a man successfully holding a conversation with an attractive woman without being ridiculously 10/10 physically attractive.
