You've got Tim McVeigh and the Unabomber, that's about it for successful diy bombers. The rest of them, including Columbine, Jonesboro, San Bernardino, and everywhere else, the bombs didn't fucking go off. Mass casualty weapons are really hard to make at home, not even Osama bin Laden could do it at the WTC in 1992. Background check everyone with a gun or who wants to buy them, and I mean really check them out, not just criminal history, and make that mandatory to have a gun license if you want to save lives.
