Lose weight. I knew a robot, a few months ago, that was kinda fat (250 pounds 5'10) but he kept going, and he made it. The hard part is to turn dieting and running into an everyday thing, because if you stick to it you'll loose around 3 pounds a week, which makes 36 pounds in 3 months. Run every 2 day and eat less, no junk food no soda, if you want l can write a lot on the subject
