Who /gettingfit/ here? I got a DUI and got my license taken away, and I'm worried someone will see me going into the liquor store since I'm not supposed to be drinking so I walk over 45 minutes away to go to the liquor store, sometimes twice a day. Getting really fit as a side effect, I don't get winded at all anymore.

Start jogging anon, one minute on one minute off, or some ratio that challenges you. You'll get your liquor faster, work off the calories you gain from it, and get much more /fit/ than from just walking.

There are shoes for that, not sure how into this you're gonna go, but take a look. Sit up straight, walk with a straight back. Whenever you think about posture, straighten up to get into the habit (what I've been doing at least). Do a few pushups, situps, and just work into it.

As an addendum; around June I could barely do 20 pushups without taking a break in between. Now I can do 50 at a time, the improvement is tangible if you work at it consciously.

Why do I still keep going to the gym?
Why do you go to the shop so often? why not stock up on alcohol and learn to spread it out?
I used to be quite fit but went ultra neet for 2 years (23 now) and became really unfit (though still skinny).
Trying to get fit again but this new neighbourhood is really boring to walk/jog around and I don't have proper gear and the gyms are far away.
I've been doing shit inside, running on the spot and doing pressups but im too fit now that extended running on the spot is awkward/uncomfortable.
Thinking of starting to use my flatmates cross trainer but it's in our hallway and im pretty socially awkward.
