I smoked a couple of cigs today after quitting them a few weeks ago. Tasted awful. Even my throat stung a little bit. I guess I don't like them so much any more, what happened? I used to enjoy them. Maybe it's the brand.

Probably for the best m8. I quit about 4 weeks ago, no longer have the cravings anymore. Last time I smoke it was an awful experience and reminded me how much of a retard I am that I even thought smoking was a cool thing. Fuck peer pressure.

It wasn't peer pressure with me, I just loved the feel of fumbling around and lighting up and dragging. I had a different brand of cigs they had a different flavor to them. Anyway I was thinking of maybe occasionally still buying a pack to smoke every now and then, maybe one per month or couple of months? Just like with drinking. Better to be able to drink and smoke occasionally I think, just makes you feel like you're controlling it.

That's really all I miss about smoking, those 5 minutes of bliss after waking up. I used to go walk up to a lookout near my house every morning as the sun came up, smoke the first one and think about the day ahead. Felt so peaceful.
Smoking when it is cold out is awesome. Non-smokers will never understand.
