Depends on many things senpai, like your spatial imagination. Just keep drawing and you'll keep getting better, whether it takes a year or 5 years. Remember to use a lot of references, at least at first.

If you just want to have fun disregard that something look bad etc. just draw what's fun, and then look at it, realize what makes it not look like you want it to look, and make steps to make the next drawing look better, or you can also ask for criticism but to ask for criticism you have to post something more than stylized heads because there isn't much to criticize there in the first place

Well just regret over time wasted and being the only thing holding myself back, I could have already been "better" but I let fear and what other people thought get the best of me, which I can't really beat myself up over but I still am bad at deviating from my boundaries I'd set up for myself. The regret is that I didn't just let myself be and gave myself anxiety over achieving "perfection" when it's something you gotta work for and die trying to achieve, I don't ever wanna just be "satisfied" because then I'll have to stop learning, took me a while to learn that. Learning basic anatomy does wonders for a drawing. I would recommend studying the shape of the skull and also practicing gesture drawings so you are not limited to floating heads and the occasional silhouette. There are all kinds of cool websites online to help you out.

I admire your confidence, I should just stop reading into things and do the same, but like I explained before, I was of the mentality for a really long time that because I wasn't already good I couldn't try to be, I was really scared of someone coming out like 'THAT IS NOT *REAL* ART!' kinda like that one guy did, but generally the art community is pretty accepting. Its just my brain telling me I'm not good enough or people are pitying me, lack of confidence, try to find ways to bring me down. I can get over it but I was already in a bad mood, and felt kinda eh about putting myself out there, on here of all places.
