Gluten Free is healthier for you anyway, and by now they make gluten free versions of just about anything.

haha get keked my friend, been eating gluten free for over 5 years, get diera and a really bad stomach ache if i eat gluten, but you can still drink bear, its just some kinds of bear you should avoid, stay strong you're not alone. But this shit with eating gluten free really fucked me up socailly avoiding to eat with others, never go to dinners with other people,
I've had some pretty good gluten free beer, and you can now switch to country-western themed burgers on cornbread buns.
Instead of silly gluten-replacements, why not explore a cuisine that uses very little flour- most eastern diets are like this.
