if you really don't mind being a scrub for a while just play deathmatch. all the activity just melts into itself and the flaming is a little less directed and continuous

Just abandon as soon as chat gets negative (if you're losing), or mute everyone on your team (if you're winning). I like using the autosniper and buying on save rounds so I have to do this a lot. Every once in awhile someone will get mad and teamkill me but then they get a cooldown and it's hilarious.
