What do you faggits do? I used to run a computer repair gig part time,but making 22k a year on the side was a little constraining. I work at a retail conglomerate now, as a manager, and have considered getting back in the game full-time self-employed. I could easily make 42k a year +, but finding a place to rent cheaply has always been a pain unless I want to set up shop in some shit-hovel somewhere.

Banks are very unlikely to give any loans. If I was I 10 years ago, I could get at least 3000 lats without needing to put any of my property as a safe measure through taking various loans from smaller companies that specialize in those. Probably something around 1000 lats if I were to convince some bums to get a loan for 200 lats if I were to buy them a beer ( I shit you not, they gave loans to everyone then ) and at least another 30000 by getting a loan from a proper bank using my mother's house as a guarantee. Nowadays that is just impossible. To think of it, I could probably convince them that I will be doing some lumbering and needed 20000 lats so I could buy a forest and all the mechanical stuff needed so I could start felling trees and selling them off later.
I have given thought to trying to buy somewhat damaged cars cheaply to sell them off once they're fixed but the only talented mechanic I know is what drunkard who burned his brains away from eating MDMA and snorting speed for years and the only person who could actually help me out with small sums of money is an unreliable dude who keeps fucking up and drinking away entirety of his wage given the chance.
