I am a programmer, and I am interested in making a game. I've already started working in Unity. The thing is, I need artists. The game is a humorous JRPG with stat progression similar to Skyrim's.

To the /vg/ guy, I've tried to make a thread there and it yielded no results. So far, I've found one guy willing on /b/.
