Let me give you a tip that helped me when I first started working.
Get into roleplaying.
It's basically like acting. Just figure out exactly what your boss and the customers want you to be and become that character. Just force yourself to play the role and act like everyone's in on it, and you're part of a massive LARP. Treat the entire social experience like a massive game. It takes the edge off.
I literally only got girlfriends at your age because I pretended life was a dating sim. It works and you never have to worry about what someone thinks about you, because they never know what you're like. It's just a character.

That's because employers can't bother to test you on all the knowledge you need for the job, seeing that anyone can claim they know the material and that testing you would take time and money. The part i'm concerned with (in my country at leats) is actually not being able to be homeschooled and then partake in the tests for whatever requirements. The fact that you are forced to take part in the classes or else you get kicked out is bothersome for me and i can only explain it with the forceful relevance of the professors. Lets say you have a better source of knowledge for the same exact thing but you are stuck with a professor that is bad at teaching, or just the environment doesn't help much with taking down notes. Seems like making things unnecessarily difficult
