He told the kid his name and his station, he told the kid about the current offense of not complying with a traffic stop being a misdemeanor. The shithead wouldn't comply, so he was forced to arrest him. He couldn't remove him by grabbing his arm and telling him to get out. He finally had to get him our somehow without entering a juijitsu match, and pointed a taser at him. The kid refused to comply with orders and put his phone away. So the officer was finally like "just fucking do the shit i tell you" and flicked it away. The kid got tased. Then fucking assaulted the police officer. Which is retarded. Assaulted him, got tased again, assaulted him some more and finally was shot in self defence. I have absolutely nothing against what the officer did, the only exception being, why can a man with police training and a taser not subdue a teenager without using a gun.
