What brands do you prefer, when did you start and how many do you smoke a day?
Right now I have a shitty box of newports because that was the only menthol the shop I stopped at had. Normally smoke parliament but I like reds and l&m too.
Newport red 100s, 9 years ago, I smoke 4-5 a day but only smoke half at a time and save the rest for later, so typically 8-10 smoke periods a day
Just bought a pack of Parliaments, but I smoke just about everything.

they're ok I guess, been smoking them exclusively for over 3 years so they're just kind of my brand. I guess they have a decent draw that you don't have to work too hard for, and they got a nice balance of mild / harsh

I used to do this as well, but I think it made my blood pressure skyrocket. I was sitting in the 160 zone which is like stroke area.
the reason I think it was raising my blood pressure so much was because I was smoking less, but twice as often so my body could never recuperate from the shit in the cigs.
idk though, I've nearly quit cigs, but moved on to a vaporizer.

they are very similar in flavor to luckys, about a dollar cheaper per pack and imo they burn slower too
id only smoke like 3/4 of it and have a good buzz during break, a bunch of pussys wont want to bum them either
NAS perique blend when I have the spare cash, not too expensive where I live. I rip the filters off, tastes better. Usually my go-to's are marlboro reds. started at 15 and can sometimes go past a pack a day. I've been trying to vape more but I can't get past the culture and hipster stigma around it.
