Practice and learn what the spectrum is showing. You can do it if you think a little, probably more than you've ever had to for school. You can figure out the formula and the bonds/atoms in a molecule just by the spectrum and you kinda gotta guess and check from there.

The key to orgo is practice. Do literally every fucking problem you can get your hands on. Do a mix of easy, medium, and hard level problems. Got As in both orgos and an A in my advanced orgo mechanisms and synthesis course.
