>>24836186
Benzos and Opiates
I'm headed down a dark path
>>24836224
I'm sorry bipolar bro, at least we're both fucked up. I didn't like cymbalta all that much, but trintellix is the shit.

Who's that at your door anon?
Is that the, no it can't be, the party van?
>>24836186
lithium carbonate, bupropion, aripiprazole, zolpidem tartrate and propranolol.
>tfw you've taken every single drug mentioned so far ITT to try and treat you mental issues, plus more, and only one thing so far has even remotely worked
the fact that my life isn't fucking garbage like all of you
>need medication to live
why even bother, just kill yourselves already
>>24836225
>lamotrogine
That's one I've never heard of, which is kind of difficult to pull off. Does it work well?
>>24836265
Why not just take the anti-adhd meds and benzos? Seems like a pretty blissful combo in my opinion.
>Wellbutrin
>hydroxyzine
>propranalol
Lifting and running keep me sane.
20mg citalopram
>>24836186
225mg of venlafaxine.
>>24836329
Its an anti seizure/mood stabilizer
Feels like an afterglow from weed for 6-8 hours
Low addiction/abuse potential
>>24836329
>anti-adhd meds
I have bipolar disorder, they would set off my mania something fierce
>benzos
was addicted to them half a decade ago, haven't touched them since. I built up such a high tolerance to them I can't even get anesthesia without having to inform the anesthesiologist about my tolerance so I don't wake up during an operation
I was also on lamotrigine for a couple of years, it worked very well and then suddenly stopped having any effect on me. Tolerance got too high, like with everything else. While it worked it was beautiful, though. No weird side effects, improved my mood and motivation... it's wonderful.
>>24836337
>wellbutrin
I was almost prescribed that today, but I'm a seizure risk, so I decided against it.
>>24836393
Holy fuck, that sounds amazing. I`m going to talk to my doctor about it. I could probably get rid of my clonaz and the abilify.
>>24836328
I'd much rather live my life than die afraid to live it because I was too much of a pussy to get help. I'm an intelligent, productive human being when properly medicated, but when I'm not I`m a miserable aspie. Maybe you need medication so you can stop being a dick to strangers on the internet.
>>24836400
How old are you anon? I've only been on these type of drugs for 10ish years, and I'd like some insider perspective.

i hated abilify so much, it made me sleep all day

Subtle, but not that subtle.
>>24836487
I'm a big ass dude at a low dosage, so I find it just sort of takes the edge off things and helps with my SNRI. I just take it in the morning and drink some grapefruit juice to kick start things a bit.
>>24836469
I'm only 24, and I've been on meds for the last six consecutive years. I had very bad reactions to all of the SSRIs, SNRIs and other shit that they tried me on so I've been through quite a few drugs in a relatively short period of time.
>>24836487
I take mine an hour before bed and it seems to minimize the drowsiness, but yeah it's still pretty fucking terrible. I try to rationalize that it's better to be sleepy and harmless than alert and crazy.
>>24836328
>living in a time where there are medications available to allow you to have a decent life
How could anyone kill themselves when they're given an opportunity like this?
>>24836186
>I drink coffee every morning.
>I use nicotine, 3 snus portions a day.
>I smoke weed roughly once every 5 days or so.
Last prescribed medication was ritalin, 2010, 2009
I did it for a couple weeks when I was 13, until I quit that serotonin killing shit.
>>24836600
I don't think coffee weed and cigarettes are medications anon.
>>24836600
Ritalin doesn't effect serotonin at all?
>>24836186
>prescribed xanax
>have an assload at all times
>want to abuse it so bad but know i shouldn't
>>24836186
Nothing. I would never sacrifice my intelligence and creativity just so I didn't have to deal with depression. Coward's way out, like suicide.
>>24836685
You strike me as neither intelligent nor creative with that comment. What are you worried about?
>>24836631
Self medication is simply self medication
>>24836640
Ritalin is related to amphetamine in chemical structure.
It works by blocking certain serotonin receptors.
The same serotonin receptors responsible for ''add'' is serotonin that keeps us from killing ourselves.

300 MG wellbutrin xl 1x daily
0.5 MG klonipin 3x daily
Anxiety/depression, really worked wonders. Been taking this combo for 5 years. Can be in public without freaking out.
>>24836186
Coffee, for it's natural diuretic properties. If I don't drink a cup I am tired and I shit 3 separate times during the day instead of once.
I use weed. I have been using that every night for a while now, but I am almost out and I am planning to give it a rest for now.
I like to smoke cigars. I'm going to smoke one today while reading. This is too expensive to do often, but sometimes I buy a cigar and try it. Interesting hobby, there are a lot of different brands and flavors out there.
I use Swedish snus. The only ones they sell at a nearby gas station is General snus, which is really good. I use anywhere between 1-4 portions in a day.
I have some kratom I use once a week depending on the occasion. Sometimes I use it when I didn't get much sleep for the stimulant effects. I won't be buying more though, I don't think it is worth it. Shit tier drug 2beehonest familiars.
Escitalopram
Lexilium
>>24836759
Give him a break, you can't expect intelligent and creative people to be writing books in every post. Sometimes they get lazy and shit out a poorly written low effort post.
Welbutrin, cymbalta, finasteride, estradiol, and assorted benzos me and my family have a cache of.
>>24836884
why welbutrin and cymbalta?
>>24836951
Because life is terrible and my doc said it might make it better
>>24837126
Anon, both those drugs do the same thing. they're SNRIs and the main difference is that welbutrin focuses on dopamine and noepinepherine. It's kind of redundant to have both.
>>24837220
Welbutrin is a NDRI senpai.
Escitalopram 10 mg tbqh
Do any meds actually work? Does anything come close to being stoned?
>>24836220
And the like make it seem like it does nothing and is just a waste of time. Is there actually anything that could help my anxiety?
>>24836353
same, 75g though
Venlafaxine.
Has anyone taken this, or any experience with it?
I'm not sure about this pill, honestly f4m.
It makes me have "brain shocks" when I don't take them.
Would love to hear from someone who has knows about it.
booze and weed. insurance companies should cover some of the cost of these, they're essential medications vital to my normal functioning
>>24838091
I'm taking 225 mg, it doesn't do shit for me. I've read that it has the worst withdrawal than any other antidepressant, those brainzaps are a withdrawal symptom.
>>24838151
The brainzaps are killing me, and when I don't take it I literally can't function at all.
I take 150mg a day.
I have taken SSRI's before, but they're nothing like this.
>>24838151
>>24838091
the biggest effect I've noticed is that jacking off is 300% harder.
>>24836186
Allergy medication.
>>24838192
Didn't do much for in that regard, as my sex drive is effectively null.
Though I've been in and out of psych clinics and hospitals since I was 13, and always on some kind of anti-depressant.
I've kinda forgotten what a normal sex drive feels like at this point.
>>24838192
Same, like I'll be fapping away and just suddenly stop feeling aroused, it feels like a chore now.
>>24836186
THAT FUCKIING FACE WHAT HAPPENED?
