If you're looking for another Punpun, you won't find it, but anything by Naoki Urasawa is a worthwhile read. Same with Prison School, GTO, Gunslinger Girl. Onani Master Kurosawa is Punpun-esque. And there's Asano Inio's other manga if you liked Punpun so much.

When I first played the game a year ago, I went for Hanako and looked up all her right choices, and it was good, but it felt nothing like Emi's, Lilly's or Rin's.

when you finish lilly's route you realize that any other route has to be terrible. take hanako's path for example. during lilly's path you find out that she always needed lilly as a friend more than she needed you as a lover, so when lilly leaves (because you werent there to stop her) - hanako actually gets a bad end.
