Who /exhausted/ here?
It doesn't matter how much, or how little I sleep, whether I go out, and exercise, or just rest, I constantly feel exhausted.
It's been this way for years now, I've been considering suicide because of it.
Get bloodwork done. Could be hormonal or glandular.

I have. No issue detected.

STD testing then, if relevant? Dont assume that it would have come up in regular bloodwork.
Next step would probably be MRI.
Either way you should probably seek professional advice instead of from pieces of shit who just sit around all day themselves.

Been feeling the same way for the last 2 months. I think its just opiate withdrawal since i ran out. Hopefully that's what it is
>>24810994
fibromyalgia
look it up

Try a sleep study mate, you can get a referral from your doctor.
Who here the opposite? I feel like i have way too much fucking energy.
>Can stay up all night
>Next day go for a 20km run like it's nothing and not struggle while having nothing to eat.
Might not be good for my brain.

Thanks, I think I'll do that.
Are you a NEET?
That really does this to a person. when i stopped being one it got better pretty quickly. People aint made to veg in bed all day man
>>24811200
Don't display the other symptoms.
>>24810994
Other possibilities are depression or chronic fatigue syndrome.
>>24811277
I didn't used to be, it's this that made me a NEET. It came on very suddenly, one day I was normal, within the next few days I became like I am now.
>>24810994

but
lethargic
apathy

even masturbating doesnt help anymore
This may be kind of an odd suggestion, but you might want to get checked for anemia. I was dealing with the same shit a couple years ago, and it was because of an iron deficiency. Now a iron tablet and some antidepressents keep me up an running every day
>>24811515
Iron levels are fine, supposedly.
bump a bump.
Iktf OP. My doctor thinks I have sleep apnea and referred me to a specialist to get tested, but I can't afford it. My poorfaggotry is slowly killing me. Being so tired all the time is true fucking suffering.
>>24813241
Hmm. Don't you have to be overweight to have sleep apnea?
I'm pretty thin.
>>24813369
I'm young and a normal weight, but I have shitty shit shit genetics. Got every symptom of sleep apnea despite taking care of my health. It's fucking bullshit.
>>24813369
no, fatties are just more prone to getting it
