I didn't say 'smart', because 'smart' implies an arbitrary threshold, and is therefore ambiguous. I referred to 'above-average', the opposite of 'retarded', 'accelerated', 'IQ 100+'. If you asked me about the mean, I'd say around 110, although I have always been conservative with my guesses and among the non-visiting posters, it might well be 120.

Those are not empirical terms; that cannot be meaningfully tested. In the empirical terms of IQ, the factor that predicts quality of life, robots are definitely above average.
