The US more or less runs the world. What country is more globally relevant and pulls more strings? It basically calls the shots of the entire world, when it wants to. Barring nukes, the US could get into a war with the entire rest of the world and manage to hold its own.

The point is conventional warfare. The only scenario you can create where the US loses a global war, requires something like some stealth subs performing a secret sneak attack mission with chemical weapons, because otherwise there's no way any air or water based craft is getting within hundreds of miles of the US.

The framers wanted to give future congresses flexibility in setting the number of members. If you had half a brain cell in your eurokuk excuse for a skull you'd know that "shall not exceed one rep for every 30k" means that 1 rep per 29999 or fewer citizens is not ok, while 1 rep per 30001+ citizens is fine.
