Make a coinbase. Hook it up to your bank account. Buy Bitcoins. Download Tor, or better yet, TAILs if you have a spare flash drive and want to learn how to run a live USB. Look up "Darknet markets". I use AlphaBay. Deposit money from your Coinbase account to a Blockchain wallet created on Tor. Move the money from there to your market wallet. Find an online guide on how to encrypt messages with PGP and make sure you have the appropriate software. Choose a product, and buy it. You only hook the Coinbase up to that account. You shift the money to a different wallet which you made anonymously. That way all they have is that you sent some money to a random wallet which is completely anonymous, and there's nothing illegal about that. You send the money from the blockchain to a third wallet when you use it, and there's no connection between your bank account and the actual purchase.
I know, it sucks. But it's the only real way to do it nowadays.

Some sites which let you buy Bitcoins somehow are able to figure out shop addresses which are related to the drug trade and in the past have shut down accounts for it. My advice would be to just use a Blockchain wallet as an intermediary, they take like a minute to set up.
