Did your parents ever give you the "sex talk," robots?
i was homeschooled. mom gave me "the talk" which consisted of 2 sentences.
as you can imagine, i spent a lot of time looking at my anatomy textbook being very confused.
for like the last two weeks of grade 8, there was mostly classes of doing nothing, and sex ed.
For some odd reason, my parents let me skip those two weeks and took me to the libray to get a sex ed book.
i never read the book.
i dont think i ever went to a p.e class that we talked about sex or was told anything by my parents.
i have literally no idea how i learn ind about sex. internet most likely
No. I was raised by a single mother and she never spoke to me about sex. I can't remember how I learned about it but it was probably from watching porn on the internet. I wouldn't talk to my kids about sex unless they asked.

When I was a kid I pulled out my penis for some reason in the kitchen. My dad picked up a knife and said if I pull it out in front of anyone he'll cut it off. It must have fucked me up subconciously because I'm a 25 year old virgin.

I figured it out myself, didn't get the talk. I had MS-DOS Bodyworks and my free reign into my dad's science and human body books.My mom used this fact to claim I seduced my brother into molesting meT-thanks, Mom.I also got to experience female puberty without help because my mother was avoiding me/given up at that point. Got my pads and period talk from the school nurse, and I didn't get a bra until I was about 17

Maybe they were right to divert you from sin. Also, I know this feel to a lesser extent. My grandmother raised me and was fairly strict and religious, was iffy about letting me play pokemon because of all the bullshit she heard about it being satanic, I wasn't allowed to watch DBZ because it was "too violent" etc. Now that I have younger siblings she isn't even the least bit strict with them. Why does this happen? Maybe she saw what a pathetic introvert I became and didn't want to repeat the process.

i don't think they changed because of me because they don't really notice me or talk to me very much.
it is kind of strange, though. i tell myself i'm an athiest but i basically live my life like a christian minus going to church (which my parents stopped doing early on because they thought churches were worshiping satan) and a lot of my beliefs come from the bible. on the other hand, my parents claim to be christians in a political context but hardly act like it at all now.

There is nothing more uncomfortable than your mother talking to you about sex.
I was just given a book when I was five or so. I reckon I understood it; at least I don't remember ever having questions or any misconceptions.
