I'm 5'10" on my license but measured myself and I was 5'9" I think.
I'm definitely average height. Sure there are people taller than me, but every day on the subway and walking to work, there are tons of white men shorter than me.

6'2" Canadian here. If this country were still purely white, nobody would consider me "tall". 6'5" is the cutoff for tall nowadays when you are comparing among whites. Asians is a whole other ballgame though (and sadly they are now 20% of the country and constantly growing), and blacks who have lived here their whole lives and received proper nourishment tend to be as tall as whites.
