I'm feeling a lot like Shinji Ikari right now.
I rewatched End of Eva last night, and the scene where Shinji is begging Asuka to help him hit me hard in the fucking chest. It's too real. When he tries to put his arm around Asuka and she just looks down and doesn't move. That's happened to me a couple times and it just feels so cold. And just his confusion at trying to read her. It's some real shit. Anno must have had some serious girl troubles when he was writing it.
