Cortland is right between Ithaca and Syracuse, and Ithaca is definitely the nicest of the three. At least parts of it are clean.

oh, it's nice alright. my campus is beautiful and town is actually pretty decent.
it's just that the weather, environment, and constant exposure to normies normieing it up makes the overall atmosphere somewhat gloomy to me. of course, could just be a uni thing
