I don't think there's minimum wage when it comes to mandatory contract.
I worked few jobs and the pay was always around 1000zl (250USD). It's fucking nightmare. It's better than nothing, but you can't do anything with it. You can't move out from parents (unless you save up some money while living with them) and start living on your own. Now I don't even have that. I don't even have a phone so potential employers can contact me only via email.
