at the moment, nothing because anxiety prevents me from going to the gym

i've promised myself in new years (hah) that i'll cut out all the junk food for a few weeks and see how much I struggle. I can't cook so I'm basically just going to be living off of whatever ready meals or simple meals I can make for breakfast lunch and dinner and skip out on snacks in between

For a guy with your height, you're probably not even noticeably overweight, and it's not like you'd have to diet for very long to lose the extra pounds. You're looking at maybe 30 pounds?

Just cut your calories down to something like 1200 for a couple of months, and do some basic cardio here and there - go for a walk, do some squats in your living room, etc. I'm sure you'll drop the weight in no time.

Losing weight is torturous for fat fucks like me. Restrict your diet, still get beetus cravings, exercise more than the skinnyfats around you, and you lose 1-2 pounds a week. Of course, all those calories you burn for a couple hours can be consumed again in one moment of weakness. It's an uphill battle and even if you're doing your best, you're still just a fat fuck until you lose all the weight.

im finally committed to staying thin, i think. i have loose skin on my stomach and man tits. ill probably have loose skin on my ass once i finally cut down to 142. its not really bad when im standing up but my skin does hang off of me if im in a planking/pushup position. ill get skin tightening surgery, once i save up the money ($10-15k most likely.)

I try to avoid checking my weight, but when I was home for Thanksgiving my dad insisted I checked since he thought I had slimmed down some since starting uni. Apparently I lost 15 pounds since my last doctor's appointment earlier this year, but I still feel like a fat sack of crap.

Since I started uni, I've had to walk a lot more, which is probably why I've lost what I have. I've been trying to focus on my dietary habits before I try to do something major like taking up an exercise routine. So far I've cut out sodas and have been drinking water and juice mainly and I've been trying to limit my portion sizes. I've also considered going on night walks, since it would let me explore campus while avoiding people.

Do any of you robots have advice to help me lose weight or improve my habits?
