Here in Brazil we eat this a LOT. Sometimes I actually go to the supermarket and buy like a hundred of those and eat it alone.
I've never had it, but it sounds tasty. I suspect it's cheap but only found in large and well-stocked grocery stores.
The most typically swedish things I eat on a regular basis are pickled herring, cured salmon, and lingonberry jam as a condiment for potatoes, meat and gravy. And meatballs of course.
