People hate america because they are jealous. The founding fathers identified rights given by god and put them into words. It created the first true democratic government.
Many governments in europe are not free. If the populace is not armed, they are not able to fight tyranny, and they are not free. If the government bans "hate speech" they can move on to ban talking in the con about their government.
The founding fathers saw the issues of today, and put in place unchangeable rules to protect us.
