I've never really had to try anyway. I get mad when people act like you have to actively try not to be fat, because when I lost weight as a teenager I simply cut things out of my everyday diet that weren't food. No shit like poptarts or pizza rolls. That's not food. Those are very concentrated snacks that you should eat very rarely, if ever.
Anyway, I look fine now and it's just from leaving a few things out. I think obese people are addicted to junkfood or they would stop eating it and they'd lose weight very quickly.
