Same here, man. I've lost about 60 lbs this year cause I moved out of my parent's place and don't buy any junk food, and strive to eat the same thing everyday, 1500 calories. I fuck up every couple weeks, but then resolve to never fuck up again.
Doing well this week, but damn. I think about food all day, every day. It's funny because people think "Oh, it's so hard to quit cigarettes." Yeah, well.. Now try to quit while having a fucking cigarette in your hand all day, every single day. That's pretty close to how it feels to not overeat.
