It takes time to see significant results, you don't magically get ripped only going for 12 weeks. It could take more than a year to get to where you want to be. That certainly was the case for me, but I held on and overcame that dissatisfaction.
You need to have good dietary intake. Get as many calories, nutrients, vitamins, protein as possible in your meals. Absolutely have to stay on top of that or it will make gains difficult to achieve. Although don't turn into a fatty or justify eating shitty food.
Learn how to pace yourself and build a routine that maximizes your abilities without burning yourself out. Go at a minimum of 3-4 days. Don't be afraid to take one week breaks after a solid couple of months working out, let your body rest properly.
Focus on exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Pullups, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Rows, Lat Pull Down, etc. Leave isolated exercises for after.
