It's basically about two brothers driving around the country hunting monsters & shit. Quality-wise, the first 5 seasons are pretty decent, you can stop watching if you want after that. Seasons 6 & 7 are kind of low point. It picks up again with Season 8 & 9. Quality dips again with season 10, but the current season so far (11) has been good.

I remember watching something with /x/ once, it was like a compilation of different Japanese demons/ghost/spirits or something. All I can remember is two different ones.
The first was some girl who was at home cleaning I think, maybe she hurt herself somehow, but the main thing I remember was that the front door had a glass panel right at the top of it. There's something creeping around outside and fucking with her and the part that spooked me was when you seen this weird bloody head thing peek over the door through the glass.

I have like a fear of sleep paralysis, but every time I get it I know that it's just coz I hyped myself up about it and it's honestly not that scary.
I hear voices and shit when I'm falling asleep, forget what that's called, pretty common.
But when I'm in sleep paralysis it's just like intense noise in my ears, nothing specific or scary, and any shadow people I've seen, which is rare, are scary but not really terrifying like how people talk about them.
I know this is common knowledge at this point but if you get sleep paralysis just go back to sleep, it's really easy, just start drifting off and calm down. Normally I do that and then just wake up. I guess that's weird that go to sleep -> wake up from a nightmare but whatever.
