Anyone here has depression and anxiety at the same time?
Also, if you do drugs, do you think that you've probably killed yourself by now if you didn't use any?

What do you mean? Everyone's gonna die.

I meant that, drugs can make you happier when you're in a bad place, and if you didn't do them then, you might stay some sort of depressed

Oh. Then yeah, probably. They make me pretty happy.
I've been high and low. I have anxiety pretty much all the time, I've also had bad depression mixed with the anxiety.
I've also done ecstasy and meth so, short of heroin, I've been about as high as you can get.
I don't need the drugs to survive.
This mental health craze is making it sound worse than it really is and I think it's responsible for the increase in depression and suicide.
Talking about it is not good for society. It makes it seem like this big insurmountable problem you have to go to years of therapy and take crazy ass drugs to fix.
It's not that fucking hard to fix, "normal" is not happy all the time. Telling everyone to SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY the second they talk about feeling kinda depressed is fucking stupid.
We've given these problems tremendous power just by hyping them up so much. It's more hysteria than it is anything else at this point.

I'm bipolar and for the last two years self medicated with alcohol/uppers. I am 50/50 on whether or not I'd be alive now.
