In your situation, it almost sounds like you might be better off homeless. Panhandling can get you a half decent amount of money.

Did you learn anything useful in school? I don't know what country you're from, but in the US, our schools are basically just babysitting facilities and the only thing they teach is conformity. Schools in poor areas don't even get that, they're more akin to detention centers that try to keep the little shits from breaking any major crimes.

I grew up in a house like that, we didnt have a lot of necessities, and my parents were potheads so they couldn't hold down real jobs or careers
I moved out at 18 to be with my sister in the city, we live together, we're poor but we scrape by, just barely, on full time min wage jobs.
I steal. a lot. I steal vitamins and makeup and cleaning supplies so that my friends dont think Im gross. I steal underwear and socks and things to get me by. I have food stamps.
It gets better in the city. Small town poor, there is nothing like it. I'll never go back. I'd rather die on the streets here once all of the city gets gentrified to hell and I can't afford even the ghetto.
