If you're obese you can lose 10lbs a month easy, eat 1,700 calories a day and start walkin, bitch

you'll feel hungry all the time especially if you're used to slamming food into your face all day long, so just man up and exercise some willpower. That's how I stopped drinking and if a fuckup like me can dodge an addiction to something, anyone can.
