>Everyone in family and extended family has gone to university or is currently attending
>tfw I can't handle it but don't want to quit and look like a failure to my whole family
>tfw I feel like I'm drowning and just want to die or drop out
Should I just rip off the bandaid to save time and money?
Anyone with experience?
Uhhh go to school, man. Helps out a lot and you have better options than manual labor.
That being said, skilled trades pay very well and I would consider looking into them if you are passionate about them. A lazy electrician, machinist, pipefitter, etc. is never going to get anywhere, but if you are passionate and good at your work you'll write your own paycheck.

tbhfam the only thing uni is good for is networking and socialising. which you won't because your'e a robot.
Maybe you should set up an appointment with your program's advisor to try and figure out a plan and maybe get some direction. If you feel like you can't handle it the solution might be as simple as mapping out a new path so there's a goal, a light at the end of the tunnel for you. I was feeling like this in community college and had a Chad guidance counsellor basically hold my hand through figuring out a path to a decent transfer degree. I even had to take idiot math classes to prepare but I completed it. Now I'm at university and the only reason I'm not hanging in my closet is because I made some Stacy map out exactly what I need to do and I spaced my classes out so I don't feel like killing myself from the stress. You might just need to change paths OP, even if you drop out you can try to go for a trade or construction work or even "taking a year off" for yourself.
