I have severe social anxiety, I'm a social retard and I have a lot of other problems. At my old job I used to get panic attacks sometimes. Today this one asshole that I work with that's well aware of how fucking awkward I am starts asking me why I'm so timid and if I get panic attacks. Even though I doubt he knows that I actually get panic attacks he's still an asshole and I don't know how deal with this? Every day I feel like killing myself and even though this one guy isn't even a problem compared to the other things I'm trying to deal with I just feel like I'm going to fucking lose it. I'm afraid of freaking out in the middle of work one day what do I do?
