You should check yourself into a mental hospital. Just call the police and tell them how you feel. If they give you a ride to the hospital it isn't an involuntary commitment.

Where do you live? My mother has both been involuntarily and voluntarily committed many times, and she has never been charged money for a ride to the hospital. The police here in Houston even give rides to intoxicated people as a public service.
The mental hospital is a safe, structured environment. It sucks, but it's probably better than your current situation.
