Green day is the most entry-level shit possible. They were one of the first cassette tapes that I bought along with Will Smith when I was like 11 years old.
For a while, every high school dance and prom had Time of Your Life playing at it, and even my fucking 65 year old mom still likes a couple of green day songs to this day.

However nostalgia doesn't excuse the fact that Green Day are absolute normie shit.
