I'm sure a few of you robots have been on or are on anti depressants.
Share your stories or talk about anything Antidepressant related I guess.

according to my friend, im 1/3rd of the way before the meds start having an effect, for now they dont do jack shit.
thank god for the danish health care system, if i had to pay for the shitty "therapy" i get id feel goddamned ripped off

I took some when I was 17. Felt food for like 2 weeks then the reality of my shit existence hit me and I swallowed all of them at once.
Ended up in the ER drinking shitload of activated charcoal, didn't die.
After it I was like fuck that sheep mental health system BS and decided to do something with my life and never looked back.
Lexapro for almost a year.
Light nausea for the first month or so. A couple really bad days where the depression got worse.
After a while, though, it helped. I slowly stopped feeling so exhausted by life. I was also seeing a therapist the whole time and it helped to have someone to vent to every couple weeks.
I weaned myself off eventually because my psychiatrist moved and I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a new one.
