Well I suppose first of all a good base to build upon, which would be a feminine featured person. If you simply don't have that base you'll make for a not so desirable trap, what some would call jokingly, a "hun". I do not support men transitioning to women, I think it shows the signs of being just a mental illness that should be treated another way.
