How the fuck do I control my emotions robots?
I can't handle this anymore. I will lose my shit over the slightest thing that doesn't agree with me, literally burst into tears when I calm down, get so cheery for no reason that the inevitable comedown will steer me into a deep depression that will last for years.
I just don't know what do, I'm so incredibly unstable.

Find distractions. Try listening to music, writing stories, or making something. Also, keep a journal if you can't afford therapy. It feels pretty good to write down your thoughts.
