This isn't really an answer. I do all of this on a daily basis and mine randomly pop up every few months. It isn't my form. I rarely ever sit unless I'm eating. I drink a ton of water because gym. Still can't figure out wtf causes them.

Do they appear while you defecate or even spontaneously? Anyways you just probably need surgery (hemorrhoidectomy). Go see your doctor

Is it still hemorroids when it's only itchy while you're walking? When I just sit I feel fine.
