Does the world just hate shutins so much that when we try to change they give us bullshit obstacles like this that are nearly impossible to overcome?
Honestly for a fast food job they probably won't even care as log as you're not a convicted felon or something.
If its only a McJob you can try making them up. Many employers don't care enough to check references as long as they seem believable.
Just make sure there isn't someone answering the phone numbers saying they don't know you.
