Is everyone hooked on electronics? 20 years ago it was mostly television. Now other stuff like social median or video games, or even 4chan.

Because reality is rather dead these days as a result of said devices. They have c ucked us.
Anecdotally, I think the boomers have it harder with TV. They'll crawl up walls without it.
When Sandy hit it took out the power and the cable for over a week, and I swear that's what all the older people in the neighborhood were upset about. One guy got his signal back and he could have sold tickets for a glimpse of TV.

Well TV was only one way. We never had people sitting on bus stops watching tv or watching tv at the stop lights. Social was irl or on the phone.
